1. Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

- opened ink cartridges;
- opened toner cartridges;
- software, licence keys or digital products;
- special-order items;
- clearance or final-sale items;
- products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation;
- products with missing packaging, accessories or serial numbers;
- products that have been used, installed or altered;
- hygiene-sensitive products, where applicable.
If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, please contact us before opening or using the item.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may be required to provide:
- your order number;
- proof of purchase;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- a description of the issue;
- any serial numbers or product labels, where applicable.
Please do not dispose of the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one or more of the following:

- supplier or warranty assessment;

4. Warranty Claims
Many technology products are covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Warranty terms may vary depending on the product, brand, supplier and manufacturer.
Warranty claims may require inspection or assessment by the supplier, distributor or authorised repair centre before a replacement, repair or refund can be approved.
A warranty may not apply where damage is caused by:

Shipping fees, courier fees and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Superjahz Technologies or as required by law.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved where:
- the item is unused and in original condition;
- the item is returned within the allowed return period;
- the replacement item is available;
- the original packaging and accessories are complete;
- the return is approved after inspection.
If the replacement item costs more than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference.
If the replacement item costs less, we may issue a refund or store credit for the difference, depending on the circumstances.
7. Return Shipping and Courier Fees
Customers may be responsible for courier fees relating to returns and exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.
Return courier costs may apply where:
- the customer ordered the wrong item;
- the customer changed their mind;
- the customer no longer wants the product;
- the product was correctly supplied;
- the return is not due to an error by Superjahz Technologies.
If a refund is approved, any applicable return courier fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is due to a confirmed error by Superjahz Technologies, or if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we will advise whether we will cover the return courier cost.

Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed when returning it.
If an item is damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged properly, we may refuse the return or deduct the cost of damage from any refund due.
