Thank you for shopping with Superjahz Technologies (Pty) Ltd. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, deliver and track orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

We aim to process orders within:

1–3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability;
  • supplier stock confirmation;
  • payment verification;
  • courier collection schedules;
  • public holidays or weekends;
  • high order volumes; and
  • any additional verification required for the order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Estimated delivery time within South Africa is usually:

3–7 business days after dispatch

Outlying areas, regional areas or remote locations may take longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, stock availability, supplier delays, incorrect address details, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control.


3. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you are outside South Africa and would like to enquire about a product, you may contact us before placing an order.


4. Courier Partners

Orders are delivered using trusted courier partners.

Where applicable, deliveries may be handled through courier services such as The Courier Guy or other reliable courier providers.

The courier used may depend on:

  • your delivery address;
  • the size and weight of the order;
  • the product type;
  • courier availability; and
  • the most suitable delivery option at the time of dispatch.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may be calculated at checkout or confirmed during the order process.

Shipping costs can vary depending on:

  • delivery location;
  • order size;
  • order weight;
  • courier service used;
  • product type; and
  • whether the delivery is to a main centre or outlying area.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.


6. Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate physical delivery address at checkout.

Your delivery address should include:

  • full street address;
  • suburb;
  • city or town;
  • province;
  • postal code;
  • recipient name;
  • contact number; and
  • any special delivery instructions, where necessary.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Superjahz Technologies is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or unavailable delivery information.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or courier tracking details by email or other communication channel.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the courier has collected the parcel.

If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after your order has been dispatched, you may contact us for assistance.


8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • the recipient is unavailable;
  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
  • the courier cannot access the premises;
  • the customer does not respond to courier contact attempts;
  • payment or verification issues remain unresolved; or
  • the courier is unable to complete delivery for reasons outside our control.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-delivery may incur an additional courier fee.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier charges may apply.


9. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be required to provide:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • photos of the damaged or incorrect item;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • any courier documentation, where applicable.

Please do not dispose of the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a courier-related issue, we will assist with the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, collection, refund or further investigation.


10. Returns and Exchanges Shipping

For returns and exchanges, courier costs may apply unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or supplied in error.

Customers may be responsible for return courier fees where:

  • the wrong item was ordered by the customer;
  • the customer changed their mind;
  • the item is no longer wanted;
  • the item was correctly supplied; or
  • the return is not due to an error by Superjahz Technologies.

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will review the matter and advise whether return courier costs will be covered by us.

All returns and exchanges must be handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.


11. Stock Availability and Supplier Delays

Some products may be subject to supplier availability.

Although we aim to keep stock information accurate, stock levels may change without notice, especially where products are sourced from suppliers or distributors.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer:

  • an alternative product;
  • a revised delivery timeline;
  • partial fulfilment of your order; or
  • a refund for the unavailable item.

We will not dispatch unavailable products until stock has been confirmed.


12. Split Deliveries

Where an order contains multiple items, we may dispatch items separately depending on stock availability, supplier location, product type or courier requirements.

If your order is split into multiple deliveries, we will communicate this where necessary.


13. Collection

If collection becomes available, it must be arranged and confirmed with us before arrival.

Do not arrive for collection unless you have received confirmation that your order is ready.


14. Public Holidays and Peak Periods

Delivery and processing times may be affected during:

  • public holidays;
  • weekends;
  • supplier shutdown periods;
  • Black Friday or promotional periods;
  • festive season periods;
  • courier delays; and
  • high order volume periods.

Please allow additional time during these periods.
